Are you a researcher working on technology which can enable neurodivergent to find their own path in a society built for neurotypical people? The AutARK research project at TU Dresden are running a special issue entitled “Designing Technology for Neurodivergent Self-Determination: Challenges and Opportunities” which will be published in the Interacting with Computers journal.
The special issue, edited by David Gollasch and Meinhardy Branig of Dresden University of Technology, Denise Lengyel at Newcastle University, Miroslav Macik of Czech Technical University, and Jan Gulliksen of KTH Royal Institute of Technology, is looking for contributions on four themes:
- Technology Use by Neurodivergent Individuals
- Real-World Scenarios and Situations
- Innovations in Assistive Technology
- Design for Inclusivity
Interested applicants are requested to submit an extended abstract of 1,500 words by the 6th December 2024. More details are provided on the AutARK website here.
