How does the intersectionality of neurodivergence and gender impact research teamworking? How do research teams with neurodivergent members operate? These are the questions that Lena Biermann at Heriot-Watt University is trying to answer.

For her initial scoping study, Lena is looking for research leaders, principal investigators and project managers whose research teams include at least one neurodivergent member to take part in an interview.
